The Indian Society of Health Professionals (ISHP) was conceptualized and established in April 2010 to work in various aspects of the healthcare arena in India. It was started as an offshoot of its sister organization, Indian Society of Agribusiness Professionals (ISAP) to undertake rural healthcare initiatives. As the quantum of healthcare activities increased, ISHP was established as an independent organization in April, 2010.
